In some cultures, in this day, women and girls receive gifts, flowers or other things.
It is one of the days we remember to make a nice gesture to the women in our lives. For most of us, on the 8th of March is love, respect, appreciation for loved ones.
Over the years International Women's Day has grown in importance and significance is celebrated in many countries and annual conferences supported by the United Nations as a symbol of women worldwide efforts to win rights to participate actively in social, political and economy.
